Our portfolio startup, Inntelo AI, which develops an AI platform for hotel operations and guest experiences, announces a new client: The First Group Hospitality, one of Dubai’s leading hotel operators.
Following a successful implementation of Inntelo AI at TRYP by Wyndham Dubai, The First Group Hospitality plans to introduce the system across its entire portfolio, including the highly anticipated Ciel Dubai Marina – Vignette Collection by IHG, which became the world’s tallest hotel at 377 metres and 82 floors, on November 15, 2025.

“In just seven months since launching sales, Inntelo’s founders have already signed customers with more than 18,000 rooms across the UK, Europe, and the MENA region, a remarkable testament to both product-market fit and execution excellence,” says Angelo Burgarello, partner společnosti Look AI Ventures. “As Inntelo AI powers the guest experience at iconic destinations like Ciel Dubai Marina, more leading hotel groups are joining their vision, removing daily operational bottlenecks and empowering staff through intelligent automation.”
The London-based startup, recently backed in a pre-seed round by UK investors and our Look AI Ventures fund, is the first AI-native platform that unifies guest experience, operations, and real-time personalization in a single integrated ecosystem for hospitality and real estate.
It links each guest request to a specific service team, tracks progress in real time, and provides management with data-driven insights. Guests can order room service, request amenities, or make reservations via mobile, WhatsApp, or voice commands in more than 40 languages.
Powered by conversational and agentic AI, Inntelo AI automates communication and task management between guests and hotel staff, aiming to increase both service efficiency and guest satisfaction.

While AI adoption is reshaping industries across the board, hospitality faces its own distinct challenges – from rising operational costs and growing competition to difficulties in attracting and retaining skilled staff.
For The First Group Hospitality, the collaboration is part of a wider strategy to integrate AI into hotel management. The company already applies AI tools in revenue forecasting, rate optimisation, restaurant reservations, customer satisfaction monitoring, and team scheduling. Inntelo’s platform now extends these capabilities to connect guest-facing AI with real-time operational intelligence and data-driven decision-making.
“The First Group has always been at the forefront of innovation, carefully evaluating and implementing the latest solutions; having worked with Inntelo AI over recent months, we are incredibly excited and ambitious about how this cutting-edge AI technology sets us apart in the hotel management field,” says Tom Stevens, Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations, The First Group Hospitality. “This partnership with Inntelo AI will ensure every guest interaction, from arrival to departure, is powered by intelligence, efficiency, and personalisation.”

Asif Alidina, co-founder and CEO of Inntelo AI, adds: “This project future-proofs The First Group Hospitality’s operations and positions them to rapidly leverage the power of agentic and conversational AI before many of their competitors. Our platform doesn’t just enhance service; it transforms how hotels operate, think, and scale. We’re showcasing what happens when innovation meets intent, transforming service delivery, empowering teams, and creating a new benchmark for intelligent hospitality.”
Already deployed by independent and franchised hotels, including IHG, Radisson, a Wyndham-branded properties, Inntelo AI continues to expand its client base as more hotel groups adopt AI to modernise operations and improve guest experience.
